Membership Terms
Price and renewal
The Ripple Mail Club founding membership is $39 AUD per month, limited to the first 10 members. Once those places are taken, membership continues at $49 AUD per month for new members. Your membership renews automatically each month at the price you joined at, until you cancel.
Postage and availability
Australian postage is included in your monthly membership. Membership is currently available within Australia only, and we can only post to Australian postal addresses.
Cancelling
You may cancel at any time before your next monthly payment through Manage My Membership. Cancelling stops all future renewals. Cancelling does not automatically refund a payment that has already been processed, subject to your rights under Australian Consumer Law.
Preparation and posting
Each Ripple is prepared by hand. Your envelope is usually prepared and posted within 7 business days of your payment, and typically arrives within a further 2 to 7 business days depending on your location and Australia Post delivery times.
Incorrect or incomplete addresses
Please check your postal address carefully at checkout, and update it through Manage My Membership if you move. If an envelope is returned to us because an address is incorrect or incomplete, we will contact you and re-send it once. Repeat re-sends may incur an additional postage cost.
What your membership includes
A monthly coaching letter from Cathy, journal reflection pages, a Pebble Practice, a printed keepsake and one of the six Conscious Ripple themes. The Conscious Ripple Journal is a separate offering available on Amazon and is not included in your membership.
