How much does it cost?+
There are two ways to join. The full 6-Month Journey is $697 AUD (one payment, six months of mail from August 2026 to January 2027). A one-off Sample Letter is $47 AUD — a single coaching letter posted to you, so you can experience Cathy's voice and framework before committing.
When does it begin?+
The Ripple Mail Club begins in August 2026 and runs through to January 2027.
Is this a physical mail experience?+
Yes. Your monthly coaching letter and ritual items are posted to you — not delivered through a screen. This is coaching you can hold in your hands.
Is this an online course or a Zoom program?+
No. There are no calls, no logins and no videos. This is coaching by mail — a quiet, tactile ritual you do in your own time.
Is this therapy?+
No. This is not therapy or crisis support. It is a coaching and reflection experience designed to support emotional awareness, self-trust, journaling and gentle growth.
Who is this for?+
Women and young women who want to slow down, step away from screens, reflect honestly and return to themselves — one small ripple at a time.
Can I buy it as a gift?+

What's the difference between the full journey and the sample?+
The $697 6-Month Journey is the full Water · Pebble · Ripple · Return experience: a welcome box with a journal, plus six months of letters, postcards, bookmarks, crystals, prompts and scrapbooking pieces. The $47 Sample is just one coaching letter — the letter content only — so you can feel into the voice and framework first.
